The Q2.15 has a front panel that provides a key lock and easy access to the interior of the unit. Drives, power supply and electronics modules are all easily replaced at your site.

Field Proven Reliability

The Q2.15 uses industry leading firmware in its robotic positioning system to provide self-calibration and maximum uptime. In addition, extensive recovery routines are enabled in a power-out situation. The library not only remembers what it was doing, but completes the action when power is restored, significantly reducing downtime and service costs.

Media Exchange

To exchange media for off-site backup or archival purposes, just open the door, lift out the magazine, replace it and continue operations. There's no need to wait for the robot to do mass imports or exports.
